“I may have left it at home,” she said lightly. Then, with a playful tone, she added, “But I don’t really need one.”“Why not?” the officer asked, raising an eyebrow.
She leaned in slightly. “Because I don’t technically own this car.”

As he answered questions, he struggled to recall details about her, but when asked about the car she was driving, he described it perfectly—from the model to every feature. The officer handed him a tissue and replied gently, “Don’t worry… we’ll help sort this out.”
